Indian Chef (Specialised in Dosa, Vada pav, Pav Bhaji and Chutneys)

•Prepare dosa batter and cook a variety of dosas including plain, masala, onion, and others. •Fry crispy vadas using traditional recipes and techniques, ensuring perfect texture and flavour. •Create Mumbai-style vada pav by assembling spicy potato fritters in soft pav buns with chutneys. •Make a range of chutneys and accompaniments such as coconut chutney, tomato chutney, and mint chutney. •Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dosa and vada station, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils. •Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and serving of dosas, vadas, and vada pav. •Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients necessary for dosa and vada preparation. •Train and supervise kitchen assistants on dosa, vada, and vada pav cooking techniques. •Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic kitchen environment. •Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and seasonal specials featuring dosas, vadas, and vada pav.

Desi Sandwich Maker

•Develop creative and delicious Indian-style sandwich recipes incorporating traditional Flavors and ingredients. •Prepare a variety of sandwich fillings such as spiced vegetables, paneer, chicken tikka, or kebabs. •Choose and assemble bread and other ingredients to create visually appealing and tasty sandwiches. •Ensure quality and consistency in sandwich preparation and presentation. •Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sandwich station, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils. •Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate sandwich production and service. •Monitor inventory levels and place orders for sandwich ingredients and supplies. •Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment. •Train and supervise kitchen assistants on sandwich-making techniques and procedures. •Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate new ideas into sandwich menu offerings.

Indian Wraps and Veg Frankie Maker

•Prepare a variety of Indian wraps and frankies including paneer tikka wrap, chicken kathi roll, egg frankie, and more. •Create flavourful fillings using marinated meats, vegetables, paneer, and other ingredients. •Incorporate homemade chutneys and sauces to enhance the taste and authenticity of the wraps and frankies. •Ensure proper cooking and assembly of wraps and frankies to achieve the desired texture and flavour balance. •Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage the preparation and service of wraps and frankies during peak hours. •Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wrap and frankie station, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils. •Monitor inventory levels of wrap ingredients, fillings, and chutneys, and place orders as needed. •Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment. •Train and supervise kitchen assistants on wrap-making techniques and assembly procedures.
